ACCREDITATION

 This accreditation was only for coaches and was not, until now, available to other people.It allowed official coaches only to be on the pistes behind their fencers.

From now on, this accreditation can be purchased for 50 € for non-coaches, or people applying for accreditation after the deadline.

 1 accreditation for 3-6 fencers present

 2 accreditations for 7-12 fencers present

 3 accreditations for 13-20 fencers present

 4 accreditations for 21-30 fencers present

 5 accreditations for more than 30 fencers present

Summary of the advantages of the Comfort Pass :

- Access to the lounge for the pass holder

- Guarded and secured room, no one can leave or touch your fencing bags.

- Massage for recovery during the competition.

- Fast track: registration and equipment check, Friday  at 11am (Only for people who ordered the pass before FRIDAY.

- 1 free accreditation

- Welcome gift.

COMFORT PASS

To allow you to live this event in the best conditions, if you wish you can take a comfort pass. It gives its owner access to a lounge during the whole competition which will give you some extra comfort.

Among others: a lounge with refreshments and snacks, a secure and guarded room for your fencing bags throughout the competition, 1 free accreditation, and the Fast track: registration, equipment check on Friday morning from 11am before everyone else, … and a few other things.

Charged 150€ for the 3 days, it can be obtained at the marathon shop on site or by email: marathon@escrime-cep.com.

Shuttle:

For groups of more than 8 people, it is possible to organize a bus transport to pick you up at the airport to take you to the hotel and/or back to the airport.

It’s free for official coach with master's degree before june 10th, after this date or for more accreditations, fees will be  90€.

 No accreditation will be validated after June 10th or on site.
